Yesterday, I was awarded a prize for a poem that I wrote in Spanish for my course (voluntary). I received a Rose, Book and a Cerficate in honor of the day “Sant Jordi”. I will translate later!

A Través De Nuestros Ojos

El mundo sin paz
El dinero que causa luchas
El sol que causa cáncer

FEO…

Los niños sin comida
Los animales sin tierra
Las mañanas sin tranquilidad

FEO…

La guerra en el mundo
La vida sin voz
La destrucción de la capa de ozono

FEO…

Los politicos que causan separación
Los desastres que destruyen vidas
Los pájaros sin alas

FEO…

Las drogas que existen en el mundo
Las pistolas que matan
Las enfermadades que no tienen cura

FEO…

Los toros sin libertad
Los animales que se extinguen
Los niños sin padres

FEO…

Las personas que estan solas
Las mañanas sin sol
Las noches sin estrellas

FEO…

El corazón que no puede querer
Gente sin educación
La polución de la calle

FEO…

Los niños recién nacidos, que traen inocencia y esperanza para cambiar el futuro. BUENO

Well it’s quite possible I’m writing to myself, since I have pretty much abandoned my blog. No excuses really, other than the same ole. I’ve been busy. But honestly I have and not enough attention to write anything on this website at least.

In due time, I’ll start posting again. Until the next time. Have a happy October and this month is: Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Well I guess the Yahoo! Publisher Program is ahead of Google Adsense with one minor thing and that is payment options. Perhaps they could be opening the option after the beta is over for other countries to receive payments faster and easier. I’m for one happy that they have added this option although I prefer direct deposit because there are no fees involved at all. With a business Paypal account a percentage is deducted every time that your receive any type of payments. If you have low standing you might want to opt in the paypal option to receive your payment faster but with a small fee!

Here is how you activate it in your account:

So it is with PayPal, which, we wanted to remind you, is now a payment option for publishers in our network. There are a number of bennies to using PayPal:

* Payment requires a minimum balance of just $50, as opposed to $100 for checks
* Same-day payment—whereas check payments are made seven to ten days after we receive the request (payments will still be issued on pre-determined days)
* No-fee transfers to your PayPal account, so you don’t pay more for the convenience

To add PayPal to your account, go to the “Payment Options” page under the Account Information tab, check the PayPal radio button, and click “Submit.”

Auction ads to put it simple is very awesome. I like it because its easy to add to any site and ebay has a truck load of items ranging from weird to luxury. My total is far from something to brag about but placing the ads on websites that hardly get much traffic has done pretty decent.

I average about 300 impressions a day which is very low. Total revenue earned 15 including $11.56 from May 13th. Not too bad and the minimum to receive a check is $10 by paypal.

A good offer is going around by Text Link Ads who are offering their customers that join AuctionAds $5.00 deposited into your new auction ads account. Pretty good stuff considering the minimum for a check is $10 you’re almost halfway there 🙂

So go over to TLA to sign up for a free account there and then sign up for Auction Ads!

Good luck

kontera

Finally a year later, after “testing” Kontera, I will get my first check 🙂 I finally put Kontera into second gear in the last quarter of 2006. I like that it doesn’t interfere with Google Adsense. Last month went well also, so I look forward to thinking of more ways to implement the ads into my sites. Anyone who is thinking about joining, you’d better go ahead.
